Choices. Choices. Choices.
With a Browns preseason opener, the first-place Indians in town and, oh yeah, that former Beatle performing at a sold-out Quicken Loans Arena, Northeast Ohioans have a number of entertainment choices on Thursday.
The only thing that might be tough to find is parking, unless you are willing to arrive early or pay a princely sum.
Quicken Loans Arena officials are warning Paul McCartney fans to arrive early and allow plenty of time to navigate around downtown to find a parking place as the concert is set to start at the same time as kickoff at FirstEnergy Stadium.
Further complicating an already tricky parking night in Cleveland will be the first-place Indians wrapping up a three-game homestand with the Chicago White Sox.
First pitch at a progressively more crowded Progressive Field will be at 7:10 p.m.
Aside from finding a place to park, officials at Quicken Loans Arena also say concertgoers should expect “high security at the venue entrances.”
If you decide to park your car and take the Cleveland RTA bus or rapid service into Cleveland, plan to pack a couple extra quarters as a recent hike in fares has made the all-day pass $5.50.
