Three men have been arrested by the Portage County Drug Task Force for drug sales at Rootstown High School, Beacon Journal news partner newsnet5.com reported.
On Monday, the task force arrested Tarren R. Lowell, 19, of Rootstown Township.
He was charged with trafficking in drugs near a school and possession of criminal tools, both felonies, after his home was searched by authorities.
On Tuesday, the task force arrested Madison Schlagel, 18, of Ravenna, and Jason L. Sadler, 18, of Roostown. Both were charged with two counts of corrupting another with drugs.
The arrests follow a three-week investigation that came after two overdoses at the high school, officials said.
Authorities said they are looking into the alleged shipment of several pounds of marijuana from California.
