Drive up for Sausage Autobahn

The Cleveland Oktoberfest concludes at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds in Berea. There’s music all day, beer (of course), a “Sausage Autobahn” and lots of other food. Admission is $12. For information, visit www.clevelandoktoberfest.com.

Blue Angels return to the skies

It’s the last day for the Cleveland National Air Show at Burke Lakefront Airport. The U.S. Navy Blue Angels are back, and there will be military and historic aircraft on display, simulated bombing runs by the “Mad Bomber,” the Shockwave Jet Truck and lots more. Tickets at the gate are $23 for adults, $16 for children ages 6-11 ($2 more at the gate) and free for children 5 and younger. For more information and schedule, go to www.clevelandairshow.com.

Barberton in step on Labor Day

Catch an old-fashioned Labor Day parade in Barberton. It will step off at 10 a.m. at 19th Street NW and Wooster Road, and proceed to St. Augustine Church near Lake Anna, with drill teams and marching bands, police, fire and SWAT vehicles, antique cars and more.
