VAN WERT, Ohio: A spokesman for the state Emergency Management Agency says damage was reported at a mobile home park and other sites across four northwest Ohio counties after storms that spurred multiple twisters in Indiana moved across the state line.

Spokesman Jay Carey said Wednesday night that damage and downed power lines were reported in Defiance, Henry, Paulding and Van Wert counties.

Carey says there’s been one minor injury so far.

The director of the Van Wert County Emergency Management Agency, Rick McCoy, says at least two tornadoes hit that county about 2 miles apart. They produced damage along a 10-mile-long path.

McCoy says roofs were blown off homes and barns were destroyed. There also were reports of downed trees and power lines.
