An Akron takeout restaurant was robbed at gunpoint by two men on Monday night.
Two men armed with handguns entered Luei’s Carry Out, 1012 Hammel St., shortly after 9. They demanded money from the cash register and the employees’ pockets, according to reports. They then fled.
The suspects are described as two black men, age 18 to 25 with multi-colored bandanas over their faces. One wore a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, boots and gloves. He wielded a black handgun. The other wore a blue hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and gloves. He carried a silver handgun.
