AKRON: Detectives are investigating the death of a 49-year-old man who was found inside his house in the 200 block of Uhler Avenue on Saturday morning.
Police said the landlord reported the man’s death when he went to the victim’s house to repair a shower, went inside and found the victim in the living room with an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim’s name is being withheld pending positive identification and family notifications.
The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy Monday morning.
